Butt weld reducers are divided into concentric reducers and eccentric reducers according to centerline.


1.The method is expressed by multiplying the diameter of the big head by the diameter of the small head. For example, "8 x 6"means that the large head is 8 inches in diameter and the small head is 6 inches in diameter.

2. Wall thickness is Sch5s, Sch10s, Sch10, Sch20, Sch30, Sch40s, STD, Sch40, Sch60, Sch80s, XS; Sch80, Sch100,Sch120, Sch140, Sch160, XXS3, the material is divided into carbon steel, alloy steel, stainless steela, carbon steel: 10#, 20#, A3, Q235A, 20G, 16Mn, ASTM A234 etc. stainless steel: ASTM A403, 1Cr18Ni9Ti, 0Cr18Ni9, 00Cr19Ni10, 00Cr17Ni14Mo2, 304, 304L, 316, 316L, etc.c, alloy steel: 16MnR, Cr5Mo, 12Cr1MoV, 10CrMo910, 15CrMo, 12Cr2Mo1, A335P22, St45.8/III, A10bB4. 

3. Manufacture standards: National Standard, American Standard (ANIS), Japanese Standard (JIS), British Standard (BS), German Standard (DIN), Italian Standard (UNI), etc.

4. Product use: Petroleum gas pipeline engineering, natural gas pipeline engineering, chemical plant, power plant, shipyard
