Different forms of flanges and sealings

Pipe Flange can be divided into seven basic types, including weld neck flange, Slip On Flange, Threaded Flange, socket welding flange, loose flange, Plate Flange, Blind Flange etc.

About flange sealing surface,there are many types, such as RF, FM, MFM, TG, FF and RTJ.

Flat welding flange: for nominal pressure not exceeding 2.5MPa Carbon Steel Pipe connections. Flat welding flange sealing surface can be made smooth, bump and mortise three. Smooth flat welding flange the largest number of applications, and more for medium conditions more modest circumstances, such as low pressure non-purified compressed air, low pressure circulating water, which has the advantage of cheaper prices. Different forms of flange in use have different values and effects of use, according to the correct way and principle of use, to ensure that in use have a good quality inspection.
